Returns – Changes

In case of returning part or the whole order, it is necessary to fill out the form and send it together with the returned products. The products and their packaging must be in perfect condition and accompanied by all documents (receipt or invoice, any promotional material, etc.). Please note the instructions on the back of the return form. Before sending your return, make sure that 15 calendar days have not passed since the date on the receipt.

Change products

If you wish to exchange the product you received with another one, you will have to send it to us at your own expense and then we will send you the product you want with FREE shipping. Alternatively, you can place your new order by phone on 24310 39107, informing us at the same time about the return of the product you received.

Money return

If you wish, we can issue a refund, which can be completed within 10 working days from the date we receive the products. The courier costs of returning products in the case of a refund are borne by the customer.

Order cancellation

If you wish to cancel the order, you will contact the Online Store Manager at 24310 39107 to cancel it. In case the products have already been shipped, you should not accept receipt of them so that they are returned to the company.
