Shipping methods

The purpose of the optic-optic.gronline store is fast service and immediate delivery of our products.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Shipping methods

The products are sent by ELTA Courier.

For orders up to 100 euros the shipping cost is 5 euros.

· For orders over 100 euros the shipping cost is free.

If for reasons of force majeure there is a delay with your order, then we will contact you to inform you of the shipping and delivery times. If the new delivery date does not suit you, you have the right to cancel the order without any charge.

In the case of items that are available exclusively by special order, we will calculate the transport costs on a case-by-case basis and inform you about this before any charge is made.

Orders for product deliveries to Greece are accepted. In cases of orders from another country, the customer should contact us.
